Tru Confessions is probably the best Disney Channel Original movie because it tells a story that could actually, and does, happen to people.(Unlike a boy getting sucked into a tv show, or being turned into a leprechaun) It is about a high school girl named Tru with a mentally challenged twin brother. Her dad is a surgeon who always works and her mom tries to talk with Tru to no avail. The main thing that made this movie work was Shia Labeof as Eddie. He really convinced me. It is really different from his role in Even Stevens. I really enjoyed this movie and it made me really mad at the boy who Tru likes when he spat in Eddie's hat. And also Tru starts out as a selfcentered brat but then she changes when she enters a tv contest. I would give this 3 and 3 fourths. (1 Fourth was taken off because of those fast moving clouds-they bugged me.)All in all a great tv movie.
