Season 7, Episode 2
SCHOOL TIES, SOUTH CENTRAL, SARAFINA! and the director's cut of BLADE RUNNER are the four films that are reviewed on this weeks episode of Siskel and Ebert. Of all the films reviewed, it's SCHOOL TIES that has unjustly been forgotten over the years, which is too bad because it's a really strong movie with a fine young cast. Of course, the big title here was the director's cut of BLADE RUNNER, which has Ebert giving it a better review than he did the original in 1982 and Siskel was much more positive over his original review. Overall this is a very fun episode that has some nice debates and discussions.
