When the Gladers are banishing Ben, the scenes sometimes show that the Gladers are standing with their weapons/poles straight up and other scenes the Gladers are standing with their weapons/poles in a "ready to push" position.
In the Glade, there's lush subtropical vegetation, dark clouds now and then pass over and showers fall. However, the whole area is an open-air theatre situated in a bone dry desert area.
In the book, the Maze and Glade are in a large dome structure, underground, with the weather and lighting being artificial.

All of the boys are clearly teenagers that have hit puberty, yet none of them show any sign of facial hair when most should have some even if they can't grow a full beard.
There are multiple times where the glade walls disappear, mostly anywhere near or in the woods.
Just before Thomas is let out of the caged lift at the start of the film there should be criss-cross style shadows over him as the roof of the cage is closed, but the shadows are only formed when the cage roof is being opened.
Throughout the movie Theresa's actress' real British accent can be heard.
A vehicle tire trails can be seen on a dirt floor in one of the scenes inside the maze.
During the "we have tried everything" dialogue exchange, Newt says that they can't climb to the top because the ivy doesn't go all the way up.
In multiple shots of the maze wall, it is clearly visible that the Ivy goes all the way to the top.
Even though it is discussed that the Gladers have tried "everything" to escape, one thing isn't that hard to try. Build a ladder. The glade is filled with trees, which means plenty of wood to build a ladder, or some other such structure against the wall, to get out. Nothing in the movie is shown to keep them from doing this, yet it isn't done. However, they told Thomas, everything he can think of has been tried. He's been there 5 days, some of those guys been there 3 years, maybe even longer.
Part way through the film we see Thomas run into the maze to help Minho and an unconscious Alby. When they realise there is nowhere they can hide Alby from the Greavers, they decide to hoist him up one of the walls of the maze so he is hidden amongst the ivy. This is shown to take some time as day turns to night during the effort. However when a Greaver finds them and Minho flees, Thomas is able to continue holding the rope used to hoist Alby up, whilst easing himself underneath a ledge at the base of the wall where he is covered by the ivy. If this hiding place was good enough to stop Thomas being detected by the Greavers, it would have been used for Albys unconscious body in the first place, thus making the time spent hoisting him up the wall completely pointless.
How's do they know which number is the start of the code sequence? If the maze constantly open new sections every night how did they know the start digit was number 7.
After the first griever was killed Thomas should meet Minho in the woods in half an hour. But they don't have watches, so they are unable to tell time.
