Hailey Bieber has had enough of the “made-up” feud with Selena Gomez.
Hailey, the wife of Justin Bieber, recently appeared on Bloomberg’s ‘The Circuit’ and addressed what’s been going on with Selena, after being asked by host Emily Chang.
Though Chang didn’t use Selena’s name directly, clips of news stories mentioning the two women appeared on screen, reports People magazine.
“I don’t think that this is about me, and Selena Gomez,” Hailey, 26, said.
“This is not about this pitting between two women – it’s about the vile, disgusting hatred that can come from completely made-up and twisted, and perpetuated narratives that can be really dangerous.”
“And I think that it’s an opportunity to really stand for bringing people together and not being okay with the kind of division that it caused, because I’m not okay with (it). I don’t like this whole...

In his first public remarks about Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, the social media platform’s co-founder Evan Williams said he was initially excited about the prospect.
As he told host Emily Chang in the first episode of her Bloomberg series “The Circuit,” in a clip released ahead of the show’s premiere Thursday night, “I was like, Elon? Holy moly, he does crazy things. This will be interesting and fun. We’ll see what happens.”
Williams later admitted he can’t fully endorse Musk’s changes to Twitter, which have resulted in the mass exit of advertisers and users and a disturbing rise in hate speech. “I don’t think he’s dialed it in quite right, yet,” Williams told Chang.
What do Twitter's founders think of how Elon Musk has been running the platform?
Here's what @ev and @goldman told @emilychangTV.

In 2002 she starred in a classic Australian film. In a rare – and shocking – interview, the actor explains what happened next
Rabbit-Proof Fence was the film that brought one of the most shameful episodes in Australia's history to the attention of the world. "Not since the last shots of Schindler's List have I been so overcome with the realisation that real people, in recent historical times, had to undergo such inhumanity," wrote the late, revered American film writer Roger Ebert of the acclaimed picture.
At its centre was a single performance by an 11-year-old Aboriginal girl, an untrained actor from the Kimberley. Everlyn Sampi played Molly Craig, who was mercilessly stolen from her mother in 1931 and removed to a mission. Craig escaped with her sister and cousin following the fence, which bisected Australia, for 2,400km, to return home.
Critics lauded her. "Sampi rarely faces the camera; her gaze eludes us, but...

Every year, fewer and fewer Australian films and television shows are releasing soundtrack albums. Once considered a valuable promotional tool, changes in both the screen and music industries are threatening their existence. Aravind Balasubramaniam reports.
It is a sign of the times when the #1 Australian film of the year, aimed at a young demographic, chooses not to release a soundtrack album. Ten years ago, it would have been seen as an excellent opportunity to promote both the film and a record company’s selection of up and coming bands, but in 2010 Omnilab Media’s Tomorrow, When the War Began was only released a single on iTunes.
“When you walk into a record store that used to have a soundtrack section, it has become highly evident that the section has shrunk remarkably over the last few years” said Underbelly score composer Burkhard Dallwitz.

Margaret Pomeranz delivered a powerful keynote speech at the opening of the Spaa Conference yesterday in Sydney, and Encore has the full transcript of her meditation on the state of Australian film and television – and why Government and audiences should appreciate the arts a little more.
I’m extremely grateful to Spaa for inviting me to give this keynote speech today. It is the Hector Crawford Memorial Lecture and I want to honour the man today. Hector put Australian television on the map, he made Australian accents acceptable in the media. Do you remember when we could only stomach New Zealanders reading our news because they sounded more English than us? Brian Henderson was a prime example. But more than that Hector validated Australian writers, Australian actors, directors, designers, a whole Australian infrastructure, Some of those people are still working today. In a very significant way Hector created an industry,...
