Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaWhen Lucy arrives home in New York and is greeted by her neighbors she passes Little Ricky off to a woman. That woman was the real mother of the twin boys who portrayed Little Ricky.
- GoofsRicky tells everyone at the welcome-home party that he had lunch with Richard Widmark at Perino's. In the story where the lunch actually happened (The Tour (1955)), he said several times that the lunch was at Romanoff's. (Both were very classy restaurants in the 1950s, Romanoff's on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Perino's on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.)
- Quotes
Mrs. Trumbull: [welcoming the Ricardos and Mertzes back to New York] Look at the baby. He's almost as big as I am.
Ricky Ricardo: Well, that's the California climate, you know. Everything grows bigger out there.
Fred Mertz: Yeah, look at Ethel.

Him!
The fact Ricky doesn't want to be treated like a star is nice. He doesn't want Lucy to wait on him hand and foot is interesting because before he expects her to be the traditional housewife yet appreciates her as her own person. I love seeing Lucy lose it and he does too.
