In this morning's round-up, we have a Q&A with Casper Van Dien from the supernatural horror film, June. Also: details on Dracula's prop auction, XLrator Media's 24 Hour Rental, a video tribute to Friday the 13th Part VIII called "Voorhees Stomp", a new poster for The Hexecutioners, and release details for Krampus: The Reckoning.
Casper Van Dien Q&A: "June tells the story of nine-year-old June (Brice) who has been shuffled in and out of foster homes for years. And though she tries to be good, no matter where she goes, a trail of chaos and terror seems to follow. It’s only when June is sent to live with a new couple, Lily (Pratt) and Dave (Van Dien), that it looks as if things might finally work out. Except this innocent child with the face of an angel is possessed by an ancient, malevolent entity that has hijacked her soul.

Heidi Montag recently had a face-to-face confrontation with her mother, Darlene, about her ten-surgeries-at-once cosmetic makeover.
She asks her mother, "Are you telling you don't think I look good?"
Darlene replies, "Maybe you should rephrase the question."
Heidi presses her and asks again. Darlene admits: "How do I go and say that of course, I thought you were more beautiful before. I thought you were younger, fresher-looking, healthier... What's done is done."
"That's a terrible thing for me to say but yes, that's how I feel," she adds. "I thought you were much more beautiful before and I'm hoping that some of this will fade away and go away."
Hate to say it, Heidi, but we're with your mom.
Is there a reverse cosmetic surgeon you can see? Anyone you know got a working time machine?

The Web rumor mill has conflicting reports about Kate Hudson's increased bust size. But whether they are due to cosmetic surgery or pregnancy, Kate's clearly enjoying having larger breasts.

Olympic figure skating champion Kim Yu-Na will donate 40 million won (U.S. $36000), her fee for appearing in an upcoming radio campaign, to the Korea Foundation for Persons with Disabilities.
The South Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare says the campaign is being produced to commemorate the Day for the Disabled on Tuesday, April 27th. It will air in in South Korea on radio until April 30th.
In the 40-second recording, the 19-year-old champion says she’s cried for joy twice this year. Once when she won the gold medal at the Vancouver Olympics, and then when the Korean wheelchair curling team won the silver medal at the Vancouver Winter Paralympics.

Lisa Rinna, who clearly knows her way around a plastic surgeon's office, is totally behind Kate Hudson's recently reported decision to get a boob job.
"I think everyone needs to do whatever they need to do to make themselves feel good," she said at Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood bash Thursday. "And it's nobody's business!"
With such a blanket statement, it sounds like she regrets having once criticized -- then apologized -- for cracks abut Heidi Montag's 10-at-once cosmetic surgeries.
Hudson's alleged surgery enjoys a split celebrity decision. Spencer Pratt, whose wife -- Heidi -- recently got gigantic new breast implants in her ten- surgeries marathon, has sniffed: "How is it possible to get breast implants and still not have breasts"?
We might ask, how is it possible for a woman to get breast implants bigger than her head and still walk without tipping over?
Model Paulina Porizkova blogged...

Check out what these skaters were sporting on the ice and vote for your favorite get-up!
The Olympics may have wrapped up last night, but we’re looking back on some of our favorite figure skating costumes! From Kim Yu-Na, who took home the gold for South Korea in a sparkling blue number to Mao Asada in red and black, the vibrant colors on the ice were just as fun to watch as the performances during the figure skating competition in the Olympics! And when it comes to looking flashy, it isn’t just the women who go all out — check out the matching get-ups on the men and women, like Canada’s Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir (who took home the gold) and silver medal winners Meryl Davies and Charlie White from USA. Even though we know what performances placed, who’s skating style is worthy of a gold medal?...

Here at PopWatch, we've brought you our picks for the Olympic Stud of the Day over the past two weeks, those men and women who made our hearts stop with their athleticism, strength, endurance, and character. The figure skating portion of the Olympics came to an end last night, but I can't stop thinking about the performances, particularly how snooze-worthy some of the music choices were. There were a few highlights. Kim Yu-Na's short program to the James Bond theme was playful and sexy, while Americans Meryl Davis and Charlie White's choice of an Indian medley during the ice dancing competition was delightful. But points off for using music from Phantom of the Opera, which needs to be retired from all competitions until the end of time. Ice dancing also provided the bizarre musical...

South Korea's Kim Yu-Na annihilated her own record to win gold in last night's free skate (watch), so hopefully she'll stop getting angry "emails that were not congratulations" from her countrymen. My God, the pressure on this poor, sweet girl in the elegant blue frock! Even under the assurance that a whole nation might turn its back on her, the 19-year-old essayist had seemed cool and composed every time she appeared on camera during the ladies' events -- so composed that we might not have expected that unleashing of emotion after her routine's final flourish. Yu-Na was so overcome with relief,...

NBC announcers said last night that Jeret "Speedy" Peterson and "the middle ground" don't get along. And that's great because Stud of the Day and non-awesome people don't get along, either. Lucky for Peterson, his Hurricane maneuver during men's aerials put him above the rest in our eyes and judge's eyes, securing him a spot on our epic list and the silver medal. A Hurricane is pretty simple to explain (ski jumpers have 3.5 seconds to complete three flips and five rotations in the air) but as of now, impossible for anyone other than Peterson to land. Kim Yu-Na skated her way into the history books last night!
What an incredible performance! South Korean figure skater Kim Yu-Na, 19, took home the gold medal in last night’s 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics Figure Skating Long Program final and set a new world record, scoring 150.05 points for a total of 228.56. We have to agree with the judges’ comments, Kim looked completely at peace on the ice as she skated a flawless routine to Gershwin’s “Concerto in F!”
Not only did Kim come out on top last night, but this was actually her second world record of the week! She also blew away the Figure Skating Short Program record on Feb. 23 with an incredible 78.5 points! Congrats, Kim, we can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us in your figure skating career. You’ve done so much, and you’re still only...

Olympic gold-winning Korean figure skater Kim Yu-Na has been under tremendous competitive pressure this week, culminating with her capturing the gold last night.
She's also been the subject of scrutiny on the Web with rumors about figure skating's newest 'It Girl' having had plastic surgery to make herself more beautiful. Her reps deny it emphatically.
The video posted above purports to show her before and after photos. But for the life of The Dish Rag, we can't see what they're talking about. Can you a difference?
Did the pressure get to her last night? After skating a performance that got her a world record score of 150.06 for the long program and a record total of 228.56 points for short and long, the normally stoic Kim cried as she waved to the crowd.
"I don't know why," Kim explained afterwards. "It just turned out that way. I think I was just very emotional.

When the final group of six Olympic skaters stepped onto the ice in Thursday's ladies' free-skate competition before a capacity crowd at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, there were more plot lines brewing than in an episode of Modern Family: • Would either of the Americans, Rachel Flatt and Mirai Nagasu, the youngest skaters in the final group, topple one of the three veterans occupying the top three places? Despite a brilliant skate, Japan's Mao Asada (left) finished nearly five points behind South Korea's Kim Yu-Na (middle), who broke her own world record in the short program. NBC pitted the two 19-year-olds' routines side-by-side in this crazy video. So which Brian of the 1988 Battle of the Brians is Kim? Even though silver medalist Brian Orser is Kim's own coach, the answer has to be gold-medalist Boitano. The chunky jewels on Kim's mosaic-style James Bond dress simply come far closer to the gold hardware on Boitano's blue military-style costume than anything on Asada's dress ever could. But enough about that.

Sasha Cohen recently finished fourth at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, which means she missed the cut to compete at the Olympics because only the top 3 finishers get to represent the United States.
Thursday, Feb. 8 Cohen told People magazine, "The U.S. girls are young and haven't competed as much internationally, so they're kind of hit or miss. They're good skaters, they're just not at the same level as the international girls."
So ... a seasoned veteran giving some honest analysis of the upcoming Olympics? Or a bitter betty who got beat at the Nationals by younger girls and is now being all sour grape-y?
Cohen gives her medalist picks -- Korea's Kim Yu-na for the gold, Canada's Joannie Rochette for the silver and Japan's Miki Ando for the bronze.
To be fair, she also predicts the men's competition and doesn't think the U.S. will fair much better...
