Post-apocalyptic movies are about as numerous as found footage movies these days. Everyone wants to explore what happens to humanity after something incredibly terrible happens to the entire world. Enter director Michael A. Jones’ “Discursion”, a movie that features gas masks, infected people that aren’t zombies, and long shots of people wandering around a barren landscape. Despite the film’s somewhat tired framework, this one might have enough style to warrant attention. Hey, it has gas masks. That’s pretty cool. Take a look at this synopsis: A survivor of warfare born chemical attack, Cassie Becker faces a new world of terrible realization. The Human race has suffered terrible recourse in the wake of an attack that never should have been leaving the remaining inhabitants in a state far less then human. It has been six months since to the day in this new world of indescribable destruction and isolated fear.
