This is a good episode, with a good performance by the actor playing the assassin. I get that a skillful assassin blends in by using a deep cover, but being a member of a vacation tour group seems a stretch, especially when Danno tells the tour leader to notify Five-O of anyone leaving the tour. That kinda ties our killer's hands.
I really like Amanda McBroom as Sandi Welles, but could they make her a smart, cool female cop instead of a dumb one? "I'll break into the suspect's room, and hang around after finding the evidence to make a phone call, because he won't come back to the room unexpectedly."
And then Chin, who I love and think is one of the best cops on the show, has not one but two episodes of ridiculous stupidity. First, he is confused about Sandi's coded message that hints that the guy she is with is the killer, and second, he runs up to Steve and says "Steve, there's a man on the ledge of the 24th floor - may be the hitman." Really? Do you really think he might be? Not just the window cleaner?
