Loaded Weapon 1 (1993)

30+ years later watching this movie and it is still funny. Why loaded weapon never made it to the heights of success, I will never understand. The movie is a total Cliche of cheesy puns and sarcasm. But I suppose these days people would find this offensive, probably.

If your wanting have a good laugh you need to watch this movie 🎬 the movie is full of stars from decades of cool movies and TV shows from the 70s and 80s .

I would say the most pointless thing in this review is having to use up 600 charecters, because I am not allowed to review it in brief, and i have to come up with a plethora of waffle just so that I can publish it.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)

Well where doo we start her??????? Apart from reading a few bland reviews before i created this one, i can only say people grow up old and boring. This movie was intended to close a few doors and bring it gently to a close. Thank god it didn't open a new door. I liked the start to the movie and i also thought the CGI was good on Indi's face compared to the atrocity in the movies THE IRISHMAN. I liked the story and i also liked the ending which was a nice way to close. Female lead took some getting used to but she began to grow on me by the end. I really enjoyed this movie my only complaint ws heavy CGI way too much but then Harrison is not spring chicken. I think everyone in the movie was great and it brought back smiles and great memories. If you watch it and dont like it , that's a you problem.

Yet again a greats story with scully being a doubter and only believing in the science. This a great show because the reality is that your life is in their hands and all for the price of beauty. Moulder once again gets out his foil hat and delves deep into the world of witchcraft looking for the clues, that started behind door number 3. I think the most frustrating part of a review is that IMDB want you to plant 600 words when sometimes less is more, but sadly there is not too much we can do about that is there????????. Brilliant show watching for the 50th time, it ever gets old. Big thumbs up from me.

This is a great movie and just shows the whole world what devastation unnecessary violence can cause.

This is a true story of a couple bullied and violently attacked for being different and happy and all because the rotten filth cannot instill joy into their own lives through petty hate and jealousy. The movie is casted really well and runs at a steady pace with flashbacks in the now moments. It delivers a message that there is no justification for this kind of brutality and that its more than time people stopped with jealous indifference because others are happy and comfortable in thier own skin.

Watch this movie its very good.

Dinner in America (2020)

This is actually a very good movie. Infact it's probably one of the better movies since american Graffiti.

The young girl Patty, can leave you thinking that's she is actually more Aspergers than anything and that Simon is more ADHD boarder lining anger management issues. It shows you that there is someone for everyone out there. Their miss adventures bring out both of thier issues brings out the better of the 2 of them. Looking at the parents,shows that some of us, we all have that kind of family in life and It portays exactly how disfunction lives behind a facade of middle class America. This is a heart-warming film, very very funny.

The Bouncer (2018)

If you are anyway clinically depressed, do not watch this movie. The movie is slow paced limited interaction between charecters. There's some good action scenes, bit of fighting . It remains a Van Damme movie where he's yet again out in the world struggling to make ends meet. He still the outcast side bet hero, loan parent bla bla bla.

The charecter is dark and moody and doesn't give the audience much hope for a future but as its based around the adult underworld and sex trade it is going to have the ceedy feel to it.

Personally although Van Damme is an obvious actor , it is a good movie with a good enough story.

People moan about the daughter, and yet they you probably have a real one at home . Parents have lost the plot these days and have no back bone. Anyway back to the movie.

This movie is low budget. This movie is a cringe fest of cliche and total tongue in cheek crass comedy. This movie was never gonna be a serious movie. Its a B movie what you watch and take the pish out of it , and laugh with mates over a pizza and beer. People are so expectant and moany these days and need to loosen up. Its not only going from bad to worse but even more so the whole story is just a ridiculous plot of miss haps and funny incidents.

I liked it but that's me.

To be honest I've read some of the reviews on here. So propper priggish comments on here.

Lacking a plot????? I thought the plot was obvious with only one outcome for the whole movie. It is not an overly massive budgetted movie but its good.

The storyline is simple, the reason is simple and the cast is minimal. That's problem for most because they have to sit and listen and not just have death guns and explosions. I personally enjoyed this movie, went in as always open minded and was entertained.

Not going to say too much about it, no spoilers here.

Just waffling to use up the required carecters which is too much to ask.

Watch it, it's not a bad movie.

This is one of those movies that needs a listening ear. It is great that is covers so many issues, grief and loss, fear, anxiety, mental health and a added touch of syfi. I think it was a good job well done and exploring agoraphobia and making it aware to viewers is well executed. This is a real fear and terrible condition for anyone to have. This movie gets such a poor rating and for silly reasons. I cannot say too much because I would not want to spoil this movie for anyone.

Not all syfi films need to be spaceships and aliens and Will Smith.

Great job to J R Sawyers, the writer director and star of the movie.

The Octagon (1980)

Goog guys wear black. If you like cheese and crackers, your gonna love this movie. This is a badly acted movie with a good story, lots of back stabbing, cringy bedroom romps, followed by there must have been a good reason you thought you thought you could F with Chuck. There's plenty of bad lines and attempted comedy. Obviously Arnie watched this movie. It's up there with any good cult action movie. Sorry about all the waffle IMDB added a minimum of 600 characters when you do not really need that much to put your point across. This movie is a great watch I totally recommended it to anyone who thinks chuck norris us cool.

Another Earth (2011)

I never read what a movie is about, i like to go in open mined and hopefully i get a surprise. This movie was a surprise. Surprisingly shocking. Seriously, i get the movie, but i do not get why. What is the point of that movie. They fool you with a Syfi title and real you in with a slow plot a low budget and all it is a bout is loss and grief and looking for forgiveness. If your looking for a movie with no vibe no depth, poor acting and you have absolutely nothing left in the entire universe to watch, then this is the movie made for you. This is totallygarbage and i am really really being kind. As for the actors they should wipe this one off their portfolio.

This is a dark comedy, nothing more and nothing less.

Title maybe out there but at the end of the day the world has forgot how to laugh.

This is fun and wierd and some of the other characters are just as fun. I cannot see half of the complaints are about. It is worth the watch and even though it can be lacking in substance in places it kinds reminds me of a 80s classic comedy. The whole set up is morally wrong but then so is life at times.

The fact the movie demonstrates that you can get information from anywhere these days is very factual. Watch the movie u may even find yourself laughing.

Halo (2022– )

This is a steady paced series that has good CGI and believable charecters. There has been a lot of moany holes complaining about it but if your in touch with the game franchise you know the story line in all the games are strady paced stories.

You have to watch the whole season and what's good is that it , is not confusing and enjoyable.

Don't binge watch because you'll get fed up with it. But then if you can watch lord of the rings extended or the matrix then you'll be OK . 👍 I enjoyed the show and I hope there is a season 2 hopefully now there will be more fighting now where they are on a mission to reclaim what is stolen.

There was absolutely no point to this remake, a cringing on at best. Is the mivie making imagination completely gone? Is the only creativity left remaking porly made movies with sub standard actors?. They removed half of the good stuff to probably not offended any one. The original is way superior. There is just no substance to this movie at all. Watch that instead of this tripe. You will never beat the Kevin Bacon version ever, in my opinion. Apparently they want 600 characters for a review and saldy that's stretching it for this movie. I could have stopped with the word tripe and that opens up a universe of explanation in just one word. So it is very hard to give such a review with depth.

Sadly a lot of people market lane but it's only lame because they were born in the wrong decade and never got toappreciate the eighties. The movie is a TV movie and it's worth to watch.

Most of the reviews are like so generic does this really mean as a species we can no longer evolve our minds and think out of the box??

Apart from the ship of morons this film as a lot to offer in many ways. People are waiting for the next sigourney weaver movie and then would moan it's just like the last one.

Sadly for the movie I have the same loathing for AI's has Ripley does. Creepy lifeless entities.

The movie as like 3 movies in one and could have either been stretched out 2 around 4 hours or made in 2 parts.

Ridley Scott as certainly come along way from 1977 and yet was probably dumb founded by the lack of love showed for a potential masterpiece. Ironically the same people who hated this film, would have thought the movie MOON a genius project.

I'm in a rock and a hard place with this movie I have watched it 4 times though.

WOW!!!!! What can you say about this movie.. so much joy and yet equal sadness but a life that is full and blessed all surrounded by Love. I feel quite humbled by the end of the movie. This is one not to miss in your life time.

Very well put together and told very well. Everyone wanted to know the truth about Val and he gave it to you wrapped in a big Bow.

Absolutely brilliant movie.

Alien Invasion (2018)

A woman and a forest ranger track an extraterrestrial life-form to an abandoned military barrack in the depths of the forest.

The forest ranger ain't no Rick Grimes as for the woman. Shes going on a forest trek to find an old military barracks dressed for the beach. Her charecter is more dopey than Sarah Connor initially in the first segments of Terminator.

The then there is the mumbling bum.

It's a B movie and a rubbish one at best.

Then theres the guy on the DVD the girl bought. Enough sai Go for a walk or read a book do not watch this garbage.

FF movies are usually lame rubbish such as , even from the get go of Blair witch what started the popularity of the style.

The Handmaid's Tale (2017–2025)

Blessid day people.... What can you say about this?? Underneath all the story and the insane concepts within the show and that is all it is , is a drama. That being said the reality is, that America could go this far, with a civil war looming at time, especially over the last 2 years. You could actually believe this a docu-drama of things to come. It is insane and very gripping. It is not that fast paced but the story is worth the watch if you have the patients. It shows the historically callous side to humanity and what did happen before could very well happen again all because of one book. Scary right!!!! But then the reality is there is more than one book in many languages. It is worth watching

This movie is better than the first , but then will smith isn't in it. Sadly no joker. Anyway apart from a fight with Patrick star, the movie offer fun and jokes, gore and heroes.

Personally some of the characters had no chance and were killed off way too soon.

Sly should have been more sly you can hardly tell its him. Music is good visuals are cool.

Harley is actually funny and redeems herself by not over acting this time.

Entertaining, one for the kids.

All good.

Jungle Cruise (2021)

This movie is actually very funny, good casting and very good visuals.

One of the best parts is The Rock did not sing.

Like all Disney movies and because menials cannot deal with reality, the heroes survive to live for that all important sequel .

Great one for the kids, i can see those Disney dollars flying already on Merch.

Ok theyvare millennials but. Throught the movie they have been level and constant, no showing off, no attitude.

So what did you want 🤷‍♂️ or was you just so p!$$ed. You couldn't find fault.

In the pursuit of happiness what were you people expecting 🤔🤷‍♂️

This is a young couples adventure and well done to them.

It was amazing accomplishment, they over came many obstacles and saw a lot more than the majority of there audience watching.

I really enjoyed This, well done 👍👍
