- TriviaThe ship owned by Freds cousin is named S.S. Casey. No doubt in honour of the late actor, Casey Kasem who had voiced Shaggy since the 1960s before Matthew Lilliard took over the role.

Gang goes aboard ship
Fred's cousin has a shipping business. The gang goes on his ship. Passenger's are warned not to swim overboard because of sea creatures that attack swimmers.
Daphne and the dolphins have some kind of grudge against each other and she tries to make up with them but they sense she is not sincere so the other water animals like fish, whales etc all don't like her either. Velma does not know how to swim but goes underwater with the gang on the Mystery Machine which Fred made to be a submarine. Later it gets smashed by the sea monsters.
There is also a cruise director Wendy who looks and talks like a witch. The character voices all sound similar to older series of Scooby but the one who plays Velma in this one does not sound like Mindy Cohn who played her on many other episodes that I got used to.
Daphne is played by Grey Griffin in several series but she sounds different in this. I suppose voices change as we get older.
Frank Welker that does the voice of Scooby and Fred does a great job. He also has played them for years at different times.
The faces are not as nice as other series. The beginning of the cartoon is funny. The characters figures are funny looking with long skinny legs and gives me an extra giggle. The animation and other background art is also nice and colorful.
Be Cool Scooby Doo has some very funny situations in it so I will just keep watching I have to get used the new situations and art.
