- TriviaAn original draft for the episode included more dialogue between Pam and Jim about the decision, in which Pam brought up Jim's impulsive decision to buy his parents' house without consulting her in Frame Toby (2008), but it was ultimately cut because they felt it added too much time to get to the resolution.
- GoofsKelly says she has to "leave at 5 on Tuesdays", but the Dunder Mifflin day ends at 5 pm everyday.

Stressful to watch
This is one of the stressful the office episodes to watch, yeah Michael can be hard at sometimes but he didn't deserved the treat everyone were giving to him. Dude if there was a real-life Michael probably there would have been less boring in life people, he even made party birthdays for each one of his co-workers. Out of Toby, the one Michael hates a lot, he was always there for them in trying to help, yeah in some strange and not very good ways, but he was always caring for them, yet in this episode everyone treats him like trash. Stanley is an ass as always, Dwight, Andy and Jim tried to be good, but in the end they needed the work, however they also act very cold with him instead of explaining better why they couldn't leave their job to go with him, but yet they did were concern for him so there was no big deal with them; Creed has no idea on nothing, Angela always being a b***ch (hate the part where she closes the document drawer with her feet while Michael was looking for something), Meredith and Kelly whatever, Oscar being intelligent and one of the worst characters at the same time, Kevin doing stupid comments, Phyllis uninterested, and that dude Charles Miner, the worst of worst, and also the security guard, he could of been at least more cared with him for the years they known each other. Pam is the only one who cared the most, in personal beliefs but she proved why her friendship with Michael was special, it is really stupid to know there are many people calling her the worst character when she was never like that. In the end, the treats from almost every single character in this episode was really stressing to watch, to the point of being really annoying and make you anger.
