Will Station 19's Carina DeLuca and Ben Warren Return to Grey's Anatomy?
With both Ben and Carina coming from medical backgrounds, the latter still actively working as one at Grey Sloan, it made sense for the two to return to Grey's Anatomy in some capacity.

Update: Ben Warren is back in the house … er, hospital. Following the emotional series finale of Station 19, Jason George is returning full-time to the series that started it all: Grey’s Anatomy. As reported by Deadline, the actor has inked a deal to return as a series regular for Season 21 this fall. George has spent the last seven seasons as a series regular for the firefighter-centric Grey’s spinoff, but before leaving the show’s full-time roster to anchor Station 19, he was a series regular for Season 12 through 14. He also continued to visit the mainstay series as a guest star, since his character is still married to Og Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson). Deadline also reports that the status of fellow Grey’s-to-Station 19 transplant Stefania Spampinato is still unclear at this time. Jason George is returning to “Grey’s Anatomy” as a series regular after seven seasons of starring spinoff series “Station 19,” which aired its series finale in May.
George joined “Grey’s Anatomy” in 2010, playing surgical resident Ben Warren as a recurring role beginning with Season 6, before being upped to series regular in 2015’s Season 12.
After three seasons as a series regular, he left the series to join “Station 19” in 2018, with Ben deciding to become a firefighter. The spinoff was led by George and fellow “Grey’s Anatomy” alum Stefania Stefania Spampinato as Carina DeLuca alongside new cast members Jaina Lee Ortiz, Grey Damon, Barrett Doss, Alberto Frezza, Jay Hayden, Okieriete Onaodowan, Danielle Savre, Miguel Sandoval, Boris Kodjoe, Carlos Miranda, Josh Randall, Merle Dandridge and Pat Healy.
In the series finale of “Station 19,” titled “One Last Time,” Ben makes the decision to return to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital and work as a surgeon again.

Exclusive: It’s official: Jason George is rejoining Grey’s Anatomy as a series regular. The Station 19 star has closed a deal to join the main cast of the venerable ABC medical drama for the upcoming 21st season.
George has been on Grey’s Anatomy since Season 6 as Ben Warren. He was a series regular from S12-S14 before leaving to help launch spinoff Station 19. For the past seven seasons, George was a series regular on the firefighter drama while making frequent guest appearances on the mothership series, both produced by Shondaland and ABC Signature.
In addition to George, Station 19′s main cast included one more Grey’s Anatomy transplant, Stefania Spampinato who reprised her role as Carina. For now, there are no plans for her to return to the mothership but there is always a possibility for her to pop in as a guest star, something Grey’s Anatomy does frequently with its alums.

If there's one TV show that could teach another a lesson or two, it's Grey's Anatomy. Say what you will about the quality of the script and the cruel way it gets rid of characters, but you cannot deny the longevity of the medical drama hit. If it wasn't doing well, it wouldn't have been renewed for season 21. And now that it has, fans are bracing for more scandal.
Another ABC procedural, The Rookie, has only been on the air for 6 seasons, but has many fans who would take 14 more years of their favorite show in a heartbeat. Led by Nathan Fillion, The Rookie has already approached Grey's biggest problem and has already confirmed that it will deal with it in the same way.
The Rookie Season 7 Cast Changes
The good news is that The Rookie will be returning to ABC for its 7th season, which will give the show plenty of room for improvement.

This fall, Law & Order: Svu returns for its 26th season and Ice-t will be back as Odafin “Fin” Tutuola. Also joining him is Mariska Hargitay as Oliva Benson. While Hargitay has been around for all 26 seasons, Ice-t joined in season 2, so this will mark his 25th on the show. He also has a prediction about the police procedural.
Here is what Ice-t said about Law & Order: Svu and its future on TV.
Ice-t Predicts Law & Order Svu’s Future
Ice-t has been part of the Law & Order franchise for 25 years now. This means the 66-year-old actor/rapper has been part of the franchise since he was 41 and has spent a quarter of a century playing Fin. He isn’t ready to stop playing the character yet, either.
[Late Night With Stephen Colbert | YouTube]Ice-t is excited about Law & Order: Svu Season 26 and he feels the show could last until Season 30 — if not longer.

Despite the overarching subjects of societal issues, intercultural politics, and a focus on the Native Indian community, Yellowstone commits treachery in its representation of the minority that even its most ardent supporters cannot settle on. With Taylor Sheridan’s excellent world-building as a central arc of the story, the series takes shape around 3 pillars of the community: the white foreigner, the indigenous tribe, and the capitalist exploiters who prey equally on both.
Yellowstone [Credit: Paramount Network]Sheridan has been one of Hollywood’s most ruthless and instinctively offensive spokespersons of the societal injustice, prejudice, and bigotry that pollutes the social culture of today. By speaking out through his work, the creative writer-director has stepped over a line many in his position would fear to cross. But despite Sheridan’s attempts at representation, one miscalculation during the casting process now makes fans question his commitment to the story that he is trying to tell.

Young Sheldon's Lance Barber, who portrayed George Cooper Sr. on the show from the first season to the last, became its heart and soul. Though flawed like any other character, he was loyal and dedicated to his family and tried his best to succeed in life while treating everyone with kindness.
Unfortunately, the series ended on a tragic note, as George passed away from a heart attack, and the entire Cooper family paid their respects at his funeral. On the bright side, Young Sheldon wasn't the first time Lance Barber appeared on television. And although some of his roles were minor, the titles from his filmography may surprise you.

Exclusive: Eric Dane (Euphoria) has been tapped to star opposite Jensen Ackles and Jessica Camacho in Countdown, Prime Video’s thriller drama series from One Chicago veteran Derek Haas.
His casting shouldn’t be alarming news for Euphoria fans. According to sources, there have been some promising signs as work on Season 3 scripts continues with creator Sam Levinson. Amid a production delay, HBO in March allowed the cast to take other acting jobs.
Should the network proceed with a third season — which I hear is still targeting a start of production later this year for a 2025 debut — filming will have to be done around the schedule of cast members like Dane who have booked new gigs. That is considered challenging but doable. Since March, Dane also signed up for pan-European miniseries Kabul, which is currently in production.

If there's one thing you should know about ABC's Grey's Anatomy, it's that you're likely to see it live for another year, no matter how little sense the previous season made. The show has been on the air for more than 20 years, has survived the departure of most of its original cast, and is now bordering on soap opera realism.
Nevertheless, ABC recently renewed Grey's Anatomy for season 21, which will air in the 2024/25 broadcast season. To honor this decision, fans are remembering all the moments in the show's history they thought would kill it.

While numerous leading women representing scientists, technicians, engineers and mathematicians (Stem) have graced the screen throughout cinematic history, those pale in comparison to their male counterparts. Netflix’s “3 Body Problem” challenged this gender disparity and came out on top, dominating the charts for weeks.
According to Luminate, “3 Body Problem” has more than 3 billion minutes watched since its March release and spent seven weeks in Netflix’s Global Top 10. While the show features successful women in Stem, it’s worth noting Liu Cixin’s book, “The Three-Body Problem,” did not originally include strong female scientists like Jin Cheng (Jess Hong) and Auggie Salazar (Eiza González). The book centers on a male protagonist, Wang Miao.
Thankfully, the TV show adaptation chose to diversify its storyline by featuring female characters in Stem roles, moving away from a predominantly male-centric narrative. In the series, the Oxford Five crew replaced Miao’s character,...

After what must have been hours of tense schedule deliberations in Hollywood conference rooms, the broadcast networks have unveiled their lineups for the 2024–2025 season. Some shows are gone, some are joining the fray, some are getting new timeslots, and some are moving off the grid entirely, en route to cable or streaming. In some of the biggest shakeups, Thursday nights are no longer the exclusive domain of Law & Order shows on NBC, and ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy is no longer going up against Svu. (Taylor Swift’s cats Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson must be so relieved.) Here’s what changing next season… Law & Order: Organized Crime is moving to Peacock, ending L&o Thursdays Will Hart/NBC NBC’s three-hour Law & Order block on Thursday nights is a thing of the past, now that Law & Order: Organized Crime is leaving NBC for corporate sibling Peacock for its fifth season.

As a small-screen veteran, Zachary Quinto is no stranger to building a television persona, much like the role in Heroes that made him a household name.
The actor then went on to be a veteran of the hit horror show American Horror Story, appearing in multiple seasons starting as early as 2022, during the show's eleventh season.
Now, the TV titan is trying his hand at a medical drama, which has become its own creature in the television industry.
But if there's one thing the actor is good at, it's coming across as calm and collected, much like his character Spock from the Star Trek films.
Brilliant Minds is on NBC's fall line-up, and here is everything we know about the show so far!

Netflix’s live roast of NFL great Tom Brady made it into the Nielsen streaming rankings for its premiere, despite only being available for a few hours of that week. After its first full week on the streamer, it rocketed to the top of the charts.
The Roast of Tom Brady gathered 1.67 billion minutes of viewing for the week of May 6-12, leading all streaming titles by a wide margin (the second-place finisher, Grey’s Anatomy, had 1.11 billion minutes of watch time for the week). The roast also had by far the biggest weekly viewing tally ever for a Netflix special; the previous high was 798 million minutes for Chris Rock’s stand-up special Selective Outrage in March 2023.
The 1.67 billion minutes of viewing for the roast in the United States translates to about 27.87 million hours, or about two thirds of Netflix’s reported worldwide total (42.2 million hours) for the special that week.

Tom Bower, the veteran character actor best known for prominent turns on The Waltons and in Die Hard 2, has died. A family member confirmed the news to Deadline’s sister publication The Hollywood Reporter. He was 86.
Bower never had what one might call a “breakout” part, but he was an actor one recognized from, well, everywhere. His more than 180 screen credits include appearances on The Rockford Files, Lou Grant, Quincy M.E., Miami Vice, Hill Street Blues, NYPD Blue, The X-Files, Law & Order and many other TV staples of the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s and early 2000s.
And he kept on working. In the past 15 years, Bower was on Ray Donovan, Bosch, Grey’s Anatomy, Criminal Minds, The Office and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He also played the father of Bob Odenkirk’s character on Lucky Hank and had a part in Vince Gilligan’s El Camino, A Breaking Bad Movie.

Nurse Jackie is rearing to return following its original run at Showtime from 2009 to 2015, and fans can’t get enough of the good news. Here’s everything we know so far about the Prime Video revival.
Nurse Jackie Spoilers – Plot And Returning Characters Revealed For the ‘Nurse Jackie’ Revival
A nurse’s shift is never done. Almost a decade after the original series concluded its seven season run, Edie Falco has signed on to reprise her role in a ‘Nurse Jackie’ sequel series.
Variety reported that the project, which is being produced by Lionsgate and currently in development at Amazon MGM Studio, is set for a streaming release at Prime Video.
The series will continue to follow Falco’s character, an emergency room nurse who struggles with addiction to drugs. Last we saw her, she had snorted more heroin than her body could carry and ended up passing out at the hospital.

We'll have to wait until midseason to learn what happens next on Will Trent.
While these long hiatuses are challenging, we'll get almost double the episodes in Season 3.
Will Trent Season 2 ended with a cliffhanger that divided the characters and the audience when Will made a polarizing decision that affected one character's fate.
We don't know anything definite about Season 3, except that it will begin even more dramatically after that finale.
Will Trent focuses on two teams: the Gbi, which consists of Amanda, Will, and Faith, and the Apd, which features Det. Ormewood, Angie, Captain Heller, and Franklin.
Sometimes, the teams have merged to solve challenging crimes or because one of their own was in danger.
Amanda offered Angie a chance to switch from the Apd and join the Gbi, but that offer may be off the table now, and the teams may not be as amicable.

That is unless you are the siren of the big and little screen that is Riley Keough, whose impressive body of work has earned her much well-deserved acclaim.
Seriously, search the actress and her filmography if you want to see what it's like to have critics foaming at the mouth for your next television or film role.

Yes, Riley Keough is the eldest granddaughter of Elvis and Lisa Marie Presley, so it should be no surprise that she did amazing as the titular lead singer in a miniseries about a band.

Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the Belgian directing duo behind Bad Boys: Ride or Die, are what people are really talking about when they speak of Michael Bay. In these dark days of anonymous blockbusters with no personality or pop, it is indeed common for people to wax nostalgic about Bay, wishing that Bayhem would one day return to American screens in its full glory.
It’s a weird sentiment though, and not just because Bay hasn’t gone anywhere. But it’s strange because Bay was a byword among film fans of the 2000s and 2010s: shorthand for grotesque messes that emphasized single spectacular shots over basic visual storytelling. When people remember Michael Bay, then, they remember not the actual Bay, but rather the idea of Michael Bay: fun action, striking images, and a sense of humor.

Much to our chagrin, it was the last call for Station 19.
While the fight still rages on for anything more, Station 19 Season 7 Episode 10 provided closure for these characters we've come to love as best as they could manage.
Join Station 19 Fanatics, Elodie Mv, Heather M, and TV Fanatic Haley Whitmire White for one final round table.
Station 19 had the challenging task of wrapping up many storylines and arcs in under an hour. Do you think they succeeded?
Ellie: No. What exactly have they wrapped up?
All I think about that final episode is that everyone made it; they are all alive. In the last five minutes, we know that Andy is Chief and Maya is Captain. And the others? We don't know.
We know that Pru is a probie at 19 and that Travis and Vic go to D.C. It feels incomplete.
Heather: Ellie, I absolutely agree.

Sandra Oh has come to realize that with great power comes great responsibility. Since wrapping up her run as Dr. Cristina Yang on the venerable ABC medical drama Grey’s Anatomy a decade ago, Oh has looked to champion stories that deconstruct and explore the nuances of Asian American identity.
Her latest TV project, The Sympathizer, which recently wrapped up its run on HBO, makes good on that promise. Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Viet Thanh Nguyen and co-created for television by Park Chan-wook and Don McKellar, the seven-part limited series tells the story of a man known simply as The Captain (Hoa Xuande), a police captain for South Vietnam who has actually been working as an undercover agent for North Vietnam’s Communist regime for years.

We can probably all agree that this wasn't television's best season overall.
Between Hollywood strikes and filming delays, many shows ended up releasing condensed seasons with half as many episodes as normal.
Sadly, Grey's Anatomy was one of them. But the good news is that the groundbreaking medical drama has been renewed for a 21st season, and we have high hopes that it'll be a good one.
Originally airing in March of 2005, Grey's Anatomy has been on the air for a staggering 19 years.
The ABC hit has spawned two wildly popular spinoffs.
From 2007 to 2013, there was Private Practice, which starred Kate Walsh as her beloved Grey's Anatomy character Addison Forbes-Montgomery, and followed a team of doctors practicing medicine in Los Angeles.

Much later, Station 19 premiered in 2018.

Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, recently had some business to take care of on Live with Kelly and Mark.
The long-time married couple uses the host chat at the show’s beginning to discuss marriage issues.
Not long ago, they bickered over Mark leaving the seat in the powder rooms at their home while Kelly was on a trip with her niece.
As Monsters and Critics reported, Kelly described the scene when she returned as chaos with “piles of laundry” everywhere and “every toilet seat” left up.
Kelly had another problem with her husband over the weekend, which caused her some issues, and she did not hold back as she chastised Mark.
Kelly is admittedly not a morning person, but when you have a hit morning show, a 4 a.m. wake-up call is hard enough without Mark changing things up in the bedroom.

The work of the Seattle Fire Department is dangerous and difficult, but so honorable that dozens of recruits want to earn the right to wear heat-resistant uniforms, drive big red trucks, and climb down the pole at the sound of an alarm. And one of these recruits is former surgeon Ben Warren.
After a tragedy involving victims of a fire he witnessed, Ben requested a transfer to the 19th Fire Station, where a well-coordinated team of rescuers was already working under the leadership of Captain Herrera. There is no time for long coordination with the rest of the team. Warren goes to the emergency calls as soon as he passes the first briefing – the fire will not wait.
Thus began Station 19, a spinoff of Grey's Anatomy that has become as beloved by fans as the original series. But all good things must come to an end (except Grey's Anatomy), and Station 19 just wrapped.

The hashtag #SaveStation19 has been circling social media since ABC announced the Grey’s Anatomy spin-off was ending. It’s gained quite a bit of traction, prompting other viewers to join the movement.
So far, no networks have publicly shared their intent to revive the show. But if they did, the showrunners would be completely on board.
Station 19 Showrunners Would Love To Produce More Content
ABC might have pulled the plug on Station 19, but those involved aren’t quite ready to give up on it. Showrunners Peter Paige and Zoanne Clack are more than ready to keep going if another network would pick it up.
“Bring it on,” Clack told TVLine recently. Paige added that they’d both be “100%” on board to continue.

As yet, ABC has made not a peep about reversing its decision to cancel Station 19 following what was arguably its strongest season. Neither, for that matter, has the network seized the opportunity to launch a Crisis One spinoff. But if the Grey’s Anatomy offshoot were to be offered a new lease on life, Peter Paige and Zoanne Clack — the showrunners who raised the drama to a new creative zenith — wouldn’t just be on board, they’d be “100%” on board, Paige tells TVLine.
“Bring it on,” Clack adds.

Considering how much time Grey's Anatomy used to spend on the characters' relationships outside of romance, it's understandable that fans want to see it back. The show explored all the struggles of friendship, from the loss of a loved one to the hardest betrayal, and the show felt much more realistic that way.
Now that the friendships are very small and the majority of screen time is spent on rivalry, romance, or ex-feuding, the most loyal fans want and need to see the golden era of Grey's Anatomy return with some of the greatest friendships on television.
Owen Hunt and April Kepner
Though the two have never been particularly close, the few moments they shared ended up being the most genuine and wholesome of Hunt's entire presence at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
April's sweet demeanor and Hunt's dedication to helping her talents shine is exactly the kind of Mentor...

Andrew Deluca Has A Tragic Death
Andrew Deluca was a loved surgeon on Grey’s Anatomy. Unfortunately, he had to die like a lot of other loved surgeons on the show. He was not the first heartbreaking death that fans have seen. However, it still hurt to watch just as much as the others. Andrew was trying to track down a sex trafficking kingpin. Unfortunately, he was stabbed while doing so. Carina found him and they took him to the hospital. Fans were hopeful that Owen and...

There are a lot of different medical dramas out there on TV, but few of them managed to become really successful and extremely popular among viewers. One of such dramas is, of course, Grey’s Anatomy. There’s hardly anyone who hasn't heard of Meredith Grey’s shenanigans.
The show is now on its season 20, and it’s hardly going to end anytime soon. But there’s another perfect medical drama to watch if you are a fan of the genre, and we are sure you are going to like this one even more – even though there is a catch.
Chicago Hope Walked So Grey’s Anatomy Could Run
The drama we want to tell you is called Chicago Hope and no, it has nothing to do with One Chicago franchise. Chicago Hope is a medical drama that aired on CBS from 1994 till 2000 and had 6 seasons. The show followed the many...

To say that Grey's Anatomy is about the everyday life of doctors is to oversimplify the content of the show. The range of topics extends from in-depth conversations about family, which can bring tears to the eyes of even the most unsympathetic viewer, to intense action scenes involving the return of patients from the afterlife.
At the same time, none of the genres presented in the show can be called secondary or minor – every aspect of the narrative is 100% worked out. If it is a romantic relationship, then the creators will show you every crisis that the couple faces.
The characters of Grey's Anatomy, in addition to their immediate duties, do not forget about their personal lives. They flirt at work, have affairs, fall in love and break up.
