- A woman engages in an adulterous relationship throughout the film. There is a scene of implied sex. This same woman being of the femme-fatale cast-type is often in body-flattering clothing, night wear and possesses a sensual personality. Several instances of kissing are acted out between two different couples.
- Bare-chested male nudity is seen in several scenes, once in a locker room and once in public when a man's shirt gets ripped off.
- Adulterous wife makes up a story of sexual assault/rape to make her husband jealous.

- A horse is shot, non-explicit.
- A character is shot onscreen; no blood. A man stumbles home after being shot covered in blood.

- Numerous men are shot on and offscreen in a brief shootout. During the gunfight there is no blood, but afterwards there is some. A survivor of the fight stumbles around with a moderate amount of blood on his face, and later dies. Violent, but not extremely graphic, since this film is in black-and-white.
