Aaron Carter’s sister, Angel Conrad, is opening up about losing her “selfless” twin, how she and older brother, Nick Carter, are carrying each through their grief and why the loss has “lit a fire” inside her to fight mental illness.
Aaron passed away in November following a long struggle with mental illness and addiction. He was 34. Amid her grief, Angel organized Wednesday’s star-studded West Hollywood benefit concert, Songs for Tomorrow, to celebrate Aaron’s life and generate conversation around mental illness.
“I will always remember Aaron as a selfless, goofy person, who ultimately just wanted to be loved,” Angel told Et Canada prior to the concert. “Unfortunately, he didn’t learn to love himself first, which is something a lot of people struggle with. In his own words, self-love meant self-respect and self-worth — he had a hard time with that.”
However, there was no doubt about the love...

In honor of Aaron Carter, who died at the beginning of November, his twin sister, Angel Conrad, and Lance Bass are co-hosting a charity concert to raise awareness for mental health.
In a lengthy Instagram message posted on her birthday on Wednesday, Conrad expressed the heartache of losing her twin brother and remembering the last moment she spoke with him, saying, Carter’s death “was the worst day of [her] life.”
“Almost 11 years ago, I lost my sister, Leslie. I remember feeling broken, confused, and I questioned how I was going to continue on without her in my life … And now, over a decade later, I am forced to once again deal with the extreme grief of the death of a sibling. This time, it’s my beloved twin, Aaron. We had an indescribable bond … and now … he is gone,” Conrad wrote in the post.

Back in the 80s Corey Feldman and Corey Haim were a couple of fun-loving teenage heartthrobs that gained fame as they starred in a few films together. Some of those films included The Lost Boys, Licence to Drive, and Dream a Little Dream. The two actors became very close friends and remained friends up until Haim's death in 2010.
The two actors have gone through a lot together growing up in the Hollywood system and their story is going to be told in a Lifetime biopic called A Tale of Two Coreys which Feldman himself is supporting.
The film will follow the troubled and dark lives of the two Corey's who both struggled with drug addiction and sexual abuse. Haim was reportedly raped at 11-years-old and all of the horrific abuse that he had gone through led to his death.
Feldman talked about the biopic in an interview with Yahoo, saying:...
