Jason Taylor(LVII)
- Location Management
Bio
Jason is known for his immense project diversity on any set/production, allowing him to see the big picture of not just the end goal but also from the perspective of management and individual departments. He is most recently known for location management roles in film/TV like Panhandle, The Girl From Plainville, Council of Dads, Survivor, Chase, The Act, and Poison Rose, as well as commercials for TMobile/ONE Plus, Apple/medical software, a local riverboat, and a pharmaceutical company, and music videos for Yelawolf and Matt Rogers. Through his schooling and private based productions, he has also been able to feed his talent/love by assisting in areas of sound engineering and script supervising/continuity.
All in all, Jason's vast skill set has been gleaned not only from his post-secondary education and experience, but also through industry work in private and business/commercial projects/jobs, as well as work in the fields of large event management/production, home construction/renovation, office/business management, and customer service related industries. His degree work in both film/video production and web/graphic design was earned from Kaiser University.
While attending school, he married his best friend that he met in high school. He and Kristie have been married for about 25 years and have three pups, appropriately named Oscar, Emmy, and Tony. Although, a People's Choice is not in their future, Grammy and GG have been thrown around as future prospects. This love of pups and Kristie's career in education has allowed them to still feed into the love of all things child related while on a journey of infertility. In fact, he is affectionately known by everyone in all areas of his life as Bean, given to him affectionately by a preschooler! His mantra is now, "Beantopia, it's not just a place; it's a state of mind!"
All of this love for family and home has been cultivated from an upbringing within not only a military family that moved around several times but also in the ability to find and fall into communities within his towns, churches, and family/friends both near and far. His love for God is ultimately the driving force in all he does!
